By accessing, browsing, or utilizing DevThesis (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service and all applicable international laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Educational & Academic Intent
All architectural node diagrams, interactive developer roadmaps, CS subject documentation, and research thesis summaries on DevThesis are published strictly for educational research, self-directed learning, and academic reference.
3. Intellectual Property & Scholarly Citations
Research publications indexed in the Research Vault remain the intellectual property of their original authors, academic institutions, and publishing conferences (e.g. NeurIPS, OSDI, USENIX, ACM, IEEE). DevThesis indexes open-access preprint links (e.g., arXiv.org), bibliographic metadata, and BibTeX citations under international academic Fair Use principles.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Code Liability
DevThesis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While our engineering team rigorously verifies code snippets and theoretical algorithms, we do not warrant that all playground samples are free from bugs or suitable for production without independent testing.
